Well unfortunately this answer is wrong, here is the correct answer as told by our famous "owner" of SQA, Shaun:

The person in the background is someone by the name of Scott Nutter... Nutter works for "the company".  Unfortunately for him he did not want his picture or anything on the internet... well thats the wrong thing to tell Shaun so he decided that Nutter needed to be on the internet so he made him part of SQA's background.
