Who was the leader of the Jewish community in Jerusalem on July 15th, 1099 AD, when the Crusaders took the city?

Even the Jewish encyclopedia doesn't say, found here And I've searched various other sites. I'm guessing it was a name lost in time, or he just wasn't considered important enough to mention.

C.H.U.D. concluded with this theory: 

At the time of the first Crusade Jerusalem was under the control of the Seljuks, a Turkish tribe. The leader wasn't Jewish at all.
